Although April 22nd is Earth Day, we should celebrate it daily by reusing, recycling, and reducing. What are some of your favorite things you do at home (or at school) that helps out the environment?

I have been teaching at Black Elementary since January of 2002, and have taught 5th grade and 2nd grade.  I am currenty teaching 2nd grade and loving it!

I went to Michigan State for my undergrad and went to Wayne State for my Masters degree.  I always thought I wanted to be a veterinarian, but finally decided that teaching was the job for me as I was going through school!  I am very happy that I chose this profession!

I am married and have a beautiful daughter, Gabrielle, who was born in June, 2010.  We have a baby boy coming this winter!
