Happy Friday everyone! Today we checked the guided reading packet that we did yesterday! Before we did that, we did a little review game on groundwater vocab. We will be doing a lab within a few weeks and we need some volunteers to bring in items so today in class we passed around a sign up sheet to bring things in. After that, we did a clicker review while taking notes about groundwater. Here is what the sign up sheet for the items look like:

Today we finished our Big Ideas and went over our study guide and notebooks for the test. After that, we played a game called Grudgeball to review for Thursday’s test.

Reminder: There is a unit test this Thursday on the oceans and mountains.

Today we did three notebook pages. The first notebook page is on page 64. On this page, we labeled it: Mountains and Precipitation. On this page we named the steps that are made when precipitation happens in the mountains. On page 65, we labeled it Ocean Currents and Temperature. On this page, we wrote and answered an essay question that will be on the test. The last page was the Big Ideas, we filled out the last question to the Big Ideas. Here is what the notebook pages look like after completing them today: imageimageimage
