February 19, 2011: Weekly Reminders
NO SCHOOL: Just a reminder, there will be no school on Monday, February 21 and Tuesday, February 22 due to Winter Break.
NO SPELLING: Due to the short week, we will not be doing a spelling unit.
FIELD TRIP: On Thursday, we will be visiting the Morley Candy Factory. We will be leaving school around 9:00 and should return around 11:30. Please have your child wear their gray, second grade t-shirt. Also, don’t forget to send in money if your child will be shopping at the gift shop.
GYM CLASS: Don’t forget that we have Gym class on Thursday. Every week, we have at least one or two students who don’t have tennis shoes. If they don’t have tennis shoes, they have to sit out and don’t get to participate. So, please make sure your child wears or brings their tennis shoes.
