Your child will have a chance to take our patchwork elephant named Elmer home over the weekend.  Elmer comes in his own suitcase for easy carrying.  In his suitcase are some Elmer books to read to your child.  Check your child’s backpack if they bring home Elmer’s special suitcase.  They will also bring home a binder for a fun homework activity to do over the weekend.

Please have your child make their own pattern for the blank Elmer the Elephant sheet located in the binder.  Have your child be creative…they can use crayons, markers, paints, glitter…

Every Elmer will be hung in the classroom for everyone to see!!
