Student experts are awesome! Mr. Avery’s class shows just how effective it is when children are able to teach each other. Check out the fantastic videos on their wiki, Math Movies – Made by Students for Students . You will also find more videos from some of our other friends, Mrs. Yollis, Mr. Salsich, and Mrs. Kistler.

Why I Love My Country…

The Techie Kids have really enjoyed being Quad Blog Buddies with Mrs. Webb-Scheers and The Classroom Connection, Ms. Vivian and the Year 3 Superstars, and Mrs. Kistler and the 49’ers. We have learned so much from each other! Since we are all in three different countries, I thought we could take a moment to share just what makes our country so special. Please add a sticky note to your country’s bulletin board. If you are sharing a fact you learned about a buddy’s country, share it on their board. Here are some ideas

What do you love about your country?

Why are you happy to live there?

What is something important that you think others should know about your country?

What have you learned about our Quad Blog Buddies’ countries?
