GRAND BABY #3

2

Stephanie just called and it’s official.  She’s going to have a baby in June and since she’s going to have a baby that makes me a grandpa again.   I already have two beautiful grand babies.  You met Emma earlier this year and hopefully Julia will stop by sometime next year to say hello too.

It’s too early to tell but I know its going to be a girl.

Now it’s time for you to put on your thinking caps.  They need some names.  Next week on the Skinny we will share some cool first names with Stephanie and Chris.

Lottie's Gone Haunted

It’s true!  The word is spreading out everywhere.  There are zombies and mummys and devils - oh my!!!  But you better watch out!!!  I hear there’s a werewolf preaching these classrooms.  “Where are my bones?  Where are my bones?”  yelled Jesse the skeleton.  Rrrrrrrrr! “Don’t touch my gold!”  said Kaitlyn the pirate.  “Can’t catch me!!! ” called out Abby the dead dirtbike racer.  What a party!!!

Happy Halloween!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Halloween!

Here are some special jokes for the holiday.

What should you say when you meet a ghost in your bedroom?

How do you boo?!?

Where does a werewolf like to hide?

In your claws-it!

Why do vampires gargle?

So they don’t have bad breath.

Amy's Scoop

Happy Halloween! Tomorrow is our Halloween party so don’t forget to bring your costumes and candy.

We shared book reports today and the people who did them were me, Meaghan. Sarah,  Katrina, Allen, Tujan, and Jillian.  We all had very cool things like diorama’s, doll’s, parts of a scene, puzzles, cookies, and a story board.   They all turned out awesome!!!     I did the dolls. It was a lot of fun to make!

Well in science we cut a 20 foot white paper for us to draw the solar system it was so much fun! We had to draw the sun and everything!

Well that’s it for today!

CATCHING

Hi,  it is Jon and Jessie and

this  week’s poem

is by Shel Silverstein.

Catching

I tried to catch a cold

As he went running past

On a damp and chilly

Afternoon in autumn.

I tried to catch a cold

But he Skittered by so fast that I missed him

But I’m  glad to hear

You caught him.
