I was pleasantly surprised this morning when I checked The Skinny and found an note from Katelyn.
Sounds like her summer is going great.
What have you been doing. I have been to Emmaville to see Ethan and Emma and to Buffalo to see Julia. I also have been doing a ton of stuff around the house. I actually need a vacation from my vacation.

While let me tell you how my summer is going it is going awesome because i get to go to a older summer camp instead of a camp with tons of little kid !!!! yeah , hip hip heara . I am having a great summer but there is one thing wrong I …..miss you so, so ,so, much . So how is Abby doing did you go to the hospital when she got her hip broke and had to get a metal plate in her hips ????? I saw her when she got out of the hospital . she is doing good she is getting around pretty good she is outside playing games that she can play in a wheelchair . so i just want to touch in with you to see how your are doing and by the way i saw Amy and Sarah before Sarah moved to a different school they are doing good by i am going to miss Sarah K . I also saw Dylan . he is doing good helping out Abby and that is all the people from our class that i saw so far this summer i will keep you up dated . Have a great day .

Wow, is it hot or what? Down here in Charlotte its 99 degrees today, again. It feels like 102. I bet you could fry an egg on the sidewalk.
This is the best game yet. It’s called Hard Boiled. Here is the blurb:

It’s a lot of fun and pretty addicting. See if you can beat my score. Ha, I think not.
Helloooooooo! How are you? Great? Fantastic? Good? Okay? Intelligent? Terrible? Sick? Fantastic? Wait, did I already say that. Yeah, sorry. Just kind of excited for canolis later. I’d like to thank Anthony for bringing those in. Okay here’s the field day scoop…….
I thought field day was fun, But I did not keep track of the score so you are not going to find out who won. It was Berkley VS. Alvaro, so it was difficult. We went to the huge bouncy obstacle course first. Alvaro won first, then we played again, and Berkley won. But it was all fun, win or lose. There was another bouncy obstacle course, but it wasn’t as big. It wasn’t really class verses class on that one, it was more like person VS. person. There was also a bouncy slide that went super fast. You couldn’t take pictures of people sliding down the slide, because you would miss them! Last but not least, there was a bounce house.
We played lots of fun games like the ten ton tire roll, a game where you had to hold a ring and run as fast as you could, the game where you have to balance a marshmallow on a spoon, and a couple other fun games. That’s the field day report.
These are just a couple quick reminders. Tomorrow is 5th grade graduation at 11:30-11:55 and tomorrow is another half day.
Wednesday is our first day of summer.
