  1. Noah Pashby says:

My favorite part of The Sneetches was when Sylvester McMonkey McBean was riding away in his weird truck and he said, “You never can teach a Sneetch!” I liked this part because at the end, all the Sneetches made up and it didn’t matter if you had a star belly or not. This means that McBean was wrong. The Sneetches learned that no Sneetch is the best on the beach. That means no one is the best, and everyone is basically the same. You can all be friends no matter who you are or what you look like.

My favorite part of The sneetches was when the monkey came in a car and change the mark on the sneetches belly. No one know what kind of sneetches they where. The sneetches figured out it doesn’t matter you are but who you are.

  3. Abby Pelkey says:

The setting of this book was a magical forest. The characters where sneetches. Some sneetches had stars on their stomachs and some did not. The ones that didn’t have stars wanted to have them too. They found a person that would help them, but in the end they all learned to work and play together. I learned that it doesn’t matter what you look like, we can all work and play together. Every one can be friends with everybody.

I like when the plain belly sneetches and the star belly sneetches get to be friends. Kayleigh deboer

  5. Teagan says:

once upon a time there were Sneetches and then and there is no fun and half of the Sneetches has stars and so they were kind of arguing about who gets stars and not stars and so then there were two machines that came andstarted putting stars on Sneetches and then they just found out at the end that they could be friends
